Changes to Obey 0.15 (27-Apr-91)

The Obey module version 0.15 and greater had two extra keywords added to the command syntax, these are:

*Obey [[-c] [-v] [<filename> [<parameters>]]]

-c (cache)
-v (verbose)

The -c option forces the whole obey file to be read into memory and parsed from there, speeding up access time (esp. on Econet).

-v causes each command line to be echoed to the user in the following format:

Obey: <command in obey file> [new line]
